Cookie Policy
Here is what this website stores in your browser, which third-party content it includes and how you can manage it from your settings.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits. Other technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, serve a similar purpose; in this policy we refer to all of them as cookies.
What this site stores
The VLT Freight website only uses storage that is technically necessary for it to work the way you chose. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, we do not identify you through them and we do not share this information with anyone. We only store:
- Your response to the cookie notice: remembers that you have already seen it, so it does not appear on every page.
Third-party content
The Our Locations page displays embedded Google Maps. When they load, Google may set its own cookies and collect data such as your IP address or device type, in accordance with its privacy policy. VLT Freight does not control those cookies.
Some buttons take you to third-party websites, such as the RMIS portal, Microsoft scheduling (Bookings and Teams) or RTS Financial. When you visit them, their own cookie and privacy policies apply.
How long it is kept
The information we store stays in your browser until you clear it from your settings. Third-party cookies, such as those from Google Maps, last as long as each provider defines.
How to manage cookies
You can view, block or delete cookies and site data from your browser settings. If you block them, the site will still work, but it will show the notice again and the maps may not load. These are the sections where you will usually find the option:
- Google Chrome: Settings › Privacy and security › Third-party cookies, or Delete browsing data.
- Safari: Settings › Privacy › Manage Website Data.
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings › Privacy & Security › Cookies and Site Data.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings › Cookies and site permissions.
- On your phone: open your browser’s settings and look for the privacy or site data section.
Changes to this policy
If we add other tools in the future, such as analytics cookies, we will update this policy and, when required, ask for your consent before enabling them. The current version will always be on this page, with the date of its latest update.
