These terms govern the use of the website of VLT Freight, a transportation and logistics company with offices at 23127 Evangeline, San Antonio, Texas, and in Nueva Rosita, Coahuila. By browsing the site or submitting any of its forms, you accept these terms and our Privacy Notice.

If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

You may use this site to learn about our services, request quotes, sign up as a carrier, request support and schedule meetings with our team. When you use it, you agree not to:

• Provide false or incomplete information, or someone else’s information without their permission.
• Use the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that affect the rights of VLT Freight or third parties.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site’s systems, accounts or information, or interfere with its operation or security.
• Send viruses, malicious code, spam or mass automated submissions through the forms.
• Copy or scrape the site’s content by automated means.

Quotes and service information

The information on this site about services, modes, equipment and coverage is general and may change without notice. The availability of each service depends on the route, the type of freight and capacity at the time.

Quotes you request through the site are for information only and do not obligate us to provide the service or hold a price until a VLT Freight account executive confirms them in writing. Final pricing and terms may vary based on origin and destination, equipment type, goods, weight, dates, customs requirements and other operational factors.

Each service you book is governed by the applicable written confirmation, contract or shipping documents, as well as applicable law.

Carrier registration

Submitting your registration, whether through the Mexico carrier form or the RMIS portal for U.S. carriers, does not guarantee approval or the assignment of loads.

We may verify your company’s information and documents, ask for additional details, and approve or decline a registration according to our criteria and applicable legal requirements. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your permits, operating authority, insurance and other operating requirements current.

Quick Pay and Factoring

Quick Pay is subject to availability, approval and the applicable terms we will share with you when we process your request.

Factoring is provided by RTS Financial. VLT Freight only forwards your application and, with your authorization, shares the data you enter in the form with RTS Financial. Approval, rates and terms are determined by RTS Financial under its own terms, and the factoring relationship is established directly between your company and RTS Financial.

Third-party links and services

The site includes links to, or content from, third-party services we do not control. Each one is governed by its own terms and privacy policies, and VLT Freight is not responsible for their content, availability or practices. They include:

• RMIS, for U.S. carrier registration.
• Microsoft (Bookings and Teams), for scheduling and holding meetings.
• Google Maps, for showing the location of our offices.
• RTS Financial, for Factoring services.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logos, the VLT Freight brand and other elements of the site belong to VLT Freight or are used with their owners’ permission. You may not reproduce, modify or use them for commercial purposes without our written authorization.

Photographs on the site are for illustration purposes and do not necessarily show VLT Freight trucks, facilities or staff.

Limitation of liability

We strive to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or that the site will run without interruption. The site is provided “as is.”

To the extent permitted by law, VLT Freight will not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, the information published on it or the linked third-party services. Liability for the transportation services you book is governed by the documents for each service and by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws, and any dispute related to the site will be resolved before the competent authorities in accordance with them.
